Spring Run is a 300-acre community situated within The Brooks, a 2,492-acre master-planned development in Bonita Springs. The community offers condos, carriage homes, attached villas, and detached villas.

A Spring Run Golf Club membership is included with the purchase of a home or condo. This gives all residents access to the championship Gordon Lewis designed golf course, four tennis courts, a fitness facility, and a relaxing pool. There is also a lounge, a pro shop, a restaurant, and much more located in the clubhouse.

Spring Run residents are also eligible to join the Brooks Commons, which includes a Beach Club.
